Engine Oil & Filters

Complete drain and replacement of engine oil using manufacturer-approved synthetic grades. New oil and air filters installed.

Steering & Suspension

Comprehensive check of shock absorbers, coil springs, suspension bushes, and power steering fluid integrity to ensure optimal handling.

Tyres & Exhaust

Tread depth measurement, wear pattern analysis, and pressure correction. Visual inspection of exhaust system mounts and corrosion.

Brake System Inspection

Wheels removed to measure brake pad thickness and disc condition. Hydraulic fluid checked for water content and boiling point.

Battery & Electrics

Voltage and cold cranking amp (CCA) test on battery. Alternator charging rate checked, along with all interior and exterior lighting.

Diagnostic System Scan

OBD plug-in check to identify any hidden ECU fault codes. Service light reset and digital service book (DSB) updated for German marques.

They threatened to push my car down the road after leaving it with them for 2 days while waiting on diagnostics . They had my phone number and could have kindly asked me to move it . Then when picking up the car I found out that they didn’t even move the car and check it for the exact faults before giving me a quote of 900£ to fix it just replacing the whole system which may have been unnecessary. During the time it was there I asked 2 simple questions which I could send to my insurance which they did not answer and left me waiting stressed out thinking they would push my car away on the side of the road . I found their garage through aa and made an original appointment with them , which they cancelled while the car was with them  . Absolutely horrible customer service and 0 respect for vehicle and person . Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed or pushed into repairing your car quickly without proper diagnostics
