Our Heritage

A garage built on transparency, not sales targets.

When Highview Motors was established in 1998 at Kingsbury Works, the goal was simple: provide the local community with a genuine alternative to expensive main dealerships.

Under the direction of Raj and our senior technicians, we have continually invested in the same advanced diagnostic computers and tooling used by BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and VW. This allows us to offer precise, dealership-level engineering while maintaining the honest, approachable atmosphere of an independent garage.

We don't invent faults. We don't use inferior parts. We explain exactly what your vehicle needs, provide a clear quote, and wait for your approval before turning a wrench.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Avoid at all costs !! They threatened to push my car down the road after leaving it with them for 2 days while waiting on diagnostics . They had my phone number and could have kindly asked me to move it . Then when picking up the car I found out that they didn’t even move the car and check it for the exact faults before giving me a quote of 900£ to fix it just replacing the whole system which may have been unnecessary. During the time it was there I asked 2 simple questions which I could send to my insurance which they did not answer and left me waiting stressed out thinking they would push my car away on the side of the road . I found their garage through aa and made an original appointment with them , which they cancelled while the car was with them . Absolutely horrible customer service and 0 respect for vehicle and person . Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed or pushed into repairing your car quickly without proper diagnostics
